The Mirada mixed-use development is a 60 acre infill project, adjacent to Lee Memorial HealthPark, on Bass Road between Summerlin Road and Gladiolus. Mirada is uniquely located near highly acclaimed medical facilities large, established residential developments. To maximize this location, the owner has rezoned the property from multi-family residential to a mixed-use comprised of up to a maximum of 210,000 SF of commercial uses and 152 residential dwelling units or a maximum of 150,000 SF of commercial uses and 241 residential dwelling units. With either site alternate a maximum of 90,000 SF of the total commercial square footage may be used for retail purposes.

The development has full environmental permitting in hand, with no additional mitigation required at purchase. Bass Road and Gladiolus are currently under construction to enhance the transportation corridors around the project.
