Andrea Burson Poulton, Broker Andrea specializes in land acquisition for development and commercial leasing. A native of Lee County, she has watched as the face of Southwest Florida has changed drastically. Having been a witness to the extreme growth, she understands the dynamic and has a sense of where you can expect to see growth over the next few years.
She currently lives in LaBelle and has strong ties to the community across Lee, Hendry and Glades counties. She is a member of the Board of Realtors and Commercial Investment Professionals. Andrea graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

J. Fred Burson, Realtor Fred has been qualified as an expert witness in Commercial Real Estate for over 15 years by the 20th Judicial Circuit. He has also served as a Court Appointed Administrator for management and disposal of Real Property in Lee, Hendry and Collier Counties. Fred has testified in over 7,000 Value Adjustment Board Hearings, as an expert in Real Estate Values in the following counties; Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, Glades, DeSoto, Highlands, Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Indian River, Broward, and Monroe.
A native of Southwest Florida, he currently lives in LaBelle. He is a member of the Lee County Sheriff's Mounted Patrol and avid supporter of 4-H and Little League Baseball in Lee, Hendry & Glades counties. Fred is also a member/affiliate of the following professional associations:

Chrissy Burson-Carter, Realtor Chrissy specializes in buyer/tenant representation for residential sales and leases. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license, she worked exclusively for fast-paced, high-volume small businesses. Her main focus was on marketing activities and database/systems management.
She currently lives in East Lee County and is a member of the Board of Realtors. Chrissy graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
